Sloppy Kisses!

I forgot to put this picture into the Fortuna posting. Maggie just loves Dylan. Look at that long tongue right in the ear.

Fun in Fortuna

The girls last day of school was June 5th. We left right after school got out to Fortuna to visit Chris' parents, Bob and Pam. It was Dylan's first visit to Grandpa and Grandma's house and his longest drive in the car. He is still not a traveler. We had to stop 8 times on the trip over. He did better on the way home since he slept almost to Clearlake.

We went to the coast and the weather was so beautiful. These birds were neat to watch fly by. Follow the leader.

Dylan and Daddy at the beach. His favorite - shoulder rides.

Soph had fun writing in the sand with a stick. It's the simple things in life.

And even though Addison had jeans on, it didn't stop her from going in the water. See those two sea lions out there?

There was a group of about 6 sea lions playing in the waves right in front of us. They got so close and they were watching us. It was cool to see that in the WILD.

And Miss Maggie loves going to the beach. She digs and digs in the sand.

Grandma and Grandpa with Dylan.

Trying to dry off after all that fun.

Then we went to the zoo. Here is the spider monkeys. They have the coolest tails.

These little monkeys were so cute. They had the cutest little tongues and faces.

Bill, the monkey, past away, and they had a memorial area.

Pretty Flamingos

Sophia popping up in the background.

Then after the zoo, we came home and had smores. Yummy!

Maggie wants Addison's smore

Then the next day we went to the redwoods and had a picnic. Those trees are so beautiful.

Our picnic area

Dylan checking out the place.

After we ate, we went down to the Eel River and soaked our feet.

Dylan and his walking stick.

Chris was the only one brave enough to swim. It was COLD. Sophia and Addison got in up to their thighs. I only got in up to my knees. Dylan had a nap with Grandma and Grandpa while we were in the river. We had a great time with them, I just wish they lived a little closer, or Dylan liked to travel more. But we will definitely be back up again this summer.

Play Time

The kids are growing up so quick. Here's the group, all in white, having fun together.

Dylan has learned to climb up the stairs now. I went and bought a baby gate after I realized he discovered the stairs.

He is crawling, climbing, and standing next to furniture now. It's just so amazing how fast babies learn.

Mr. D's camera smile. His smile is just the cutest.

Sophia and I had fun on the scooter on Saturday.

Sophia and Dylan playing in the pool. Dylan wasn't sure about it at first, but Sophia helped him feel comfortable.

At the end of the video, Dylan gets all excited because Sophia came back outside and started walking toward him.

Time to layout and get dry. He was so relaxed.

We went over to Ryan and Crystal's for dinner and got all 3 boys together for the first time.
Dylan, Owen, and Kaden. (From Left to Right) The boys in stripes.

The girls are such baby-lovers and great helpers.

This picture was taken at about 6:00am. I was changing Dylan's diaper and I was so out of it, I didn't realize he was peeing all over until I was soaked. I didn't get the diaper on quick enough. BOYS.....so different from girls.
